ZUCCHINI CRISP 
5 c. peeled, sliced zucchini
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cook zucchini, water, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon together for 10 minutes or until tender. Place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Mix topping ingredients together. Sprinkle over top of zucchini. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
