SKILLET MACARONI AND BEEF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 lb. uncooked elbow macaroni
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce or 1 qt. tomatoes
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook beef in large skillet until redness disappears. Remove from skillet. Cook onion, macaroni and green pepper in meat fat until macaroni is yellow. Add additional fat if meat sticks. Return meat to skillet with tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover; simmer for 25 minutes or until macaroni is cooked. Serves 6.
