BUTTERMILK GRAHAM SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. buttermilk
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 pkg. (15) chocolate covered graham crackers

Drain pineapple and oranges and set aside. Mix buttermilk and pudding. Add Cool Whip. Add drained fruit and fold in gently, stirring well. Just before serving, add crushed graham crackers.
