3/4 - 1 lb. ground turkey
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 (16 oz.) pkg. tater tots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onion; drain. Season with salt and pepper. Place in greased casserole. Top with potatoes Combine soup and milk, pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
