MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine

Cream butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Form into rolls and chill overnight. Rolls should be about 1 1/2" in diameter.

Slice chilled rolls, quarter and roll into balls. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Shake in sack with remaining powdered sugar.
