QUICK LUNCH BOX CAKE 
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. can fruit cocktail (undrained)
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. firm packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. soft butter

Grease and flour 13x9 pan. Combine all ingredients except chips and nuts. Blend at lowest speed on mixer. Beat 2 minutes on medium until mixed. Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
