1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. green pepper or mushrooms
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheese (cheddar)
1 c. Bisquick
1-2 tomato slices
1 pkg. taco seasoning

Brown hamburger and drain; add taco seasoning, salad dressing, cheese and onion. Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms. Press into 8x8x2 baking dish, pressing dough 1/2-inch up the side. Layer beef mixture, tomatoes and green peppers into baking dish. Spoon sour cream over top. Bake at 375 degrees until light brown, 25-30 minutes.
