GLAZED PECANS 
1/2 c. Wesson or corn oil
2 generous tbsp. white corn syrup
2-3 c. pecan halves

Bring oil and syrup to a boil. Remove from heat and add nuts. Stir until all are coated. Put into a shallow baking pan and put in preheated 300 degree oven. Roast until crisp, about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Drain on brown paper sack and salt to taste. They burn very easily.
