MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/8 tsp. instant minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Pat into 9 x 5 x 2-inch loaf dish. Cook in radarange oven on full power for 8 to 10 minutes or until temperature of 160 degrees is reached.

SAUCE:

1/3 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dark brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Blend the ingredients well and pour over meat loaf halfway through cooking time.
