HEAVENLY PIE | |
1 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip 1 (7 oz.) can Angel Flake coconut Mix lemon juice and condensed milk until thick and creamy. Fold in the Cool Whip to the milk mixture. Add pineapple and mix well. Add coconut; mix. Pour into a graham cracker crust. Chopped pecans may be sprinkled over the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. |
