STUFFED SQUASH 
6 or 8 med. yellow or zucchini squash
1 lb. mild or hot sausage or hamburger meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. tomato sauce
Bread crumbs

Split squash and scoop out center. Reserve pulp. Brown sausage, onion, green pepper and pulp. Add enough bread crumbs to bind mixture. Add tomato sauce and mix well. Stuff squash with dressing and microwave 10 to 12 minutes or until squash is tender.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
