CREAMY PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 (9-inch) prepared pie shell

Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare a 9-inch pie shell.

In large bowl, blend pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, egg, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and ginger. Pour into shell.

Bake at 375°F for 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean. Cool.

Garnish with whipped cream and chopped nuts.

TART VARIATION:

For tarts, fill unbaked 3-inch tart shells and bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean.
