HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) pkg. thin noodles
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, chunked
2 cans of mushroom soup
1 qt. tomatoes (optional)
1/2 c. onion or 3 tsp. dry minced onion
1 tbsp. sugar and salt

Brown meat in skillet. Cook noodles in boiling salted water and drain. Mix all ingredients together and put into a 10 x 13 inch Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cheese is thoroughly melted.
