1 box German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 pkg. (1 lb.) caramels
1 c. pecans
1 c. milnot

Mix cake mix, butter, 1/2 cup milnot. Bake 1/2 mixture at 350 degrees for 6 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt caramels, 1/2 cup milnot and pour over top of mixture. Melt chocolate chips and add pecans. Put over caramels. Dot rest of mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
