COCONUT WALNUT SNACKS 
4 room temp. egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
35 (1 roll) Ritz crackers, smashed

Beat together first 3 ingredients. Fold in next items. Put in greased 9 x 12 inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Cool and top with Cool Whip and coconut. Cut into squares. Needs to be refrigerated.
