CRANBERRY VELVET PIE 
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can whole cranberry sauce
Triple Sec, optional

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Combine whipping cream, vanilla and sugar and beat until thickened. Slowly add to cream cheese and beat until creamy. Add Triple Sec (about 1 teaspoon) if desired. Fold in cranberry sauce reserving a little for garnish.

Spoon into vanilla wafer pie crust and freeze until firm...about 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream.
