BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 pkg. (3 oz.) chicken-flavored Ramen noodles
1 bag broccoli coleslaw
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/3 c. slivered almonds
1/3 c. sunflower seeds

Dressing:

1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. vinegar (1/4 c. balsamic and 1/4 c. white is good)
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. seasoning mix from noodles

Place unopened noodles on counter and pound with mallet until crumbled. Place in mixing bowl with slaw, onions, almonds and sunflower seeds.

Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad, mixing well. Chill. If chilled for short time, noodles will be crisp. The noodles will get softer the longer the salad is chilled.
