VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can kidney beans, drained
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. cabbage, chopped (1/4 head)
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 can green peas, drained
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
3 chopped tomatoes
3 tbsp. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing (per serving)

Drain all the "drained" ingredients in a colander. Pour in a large pan and add the chopped vegetables. Pour 3 tablespoons vinegar over these and toss. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, season with salt and pepper and 3 tablespoons Miracle Whip Salad Dressing -- or any favorite dressing.
