SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 unbaked 8 inch pie shell
2 lg. eggs
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. sour cream for topping

Beat eggs, 1 cup sour cream, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg together until well blended. Stir in raisins. Pour into pastry shell. Bake below oven center at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool if desired. Top each serving with sour cream.
