SNOW CAP FRANKS 
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. mustard
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Mix potatoes, onion, parsley and mustard. Cut franks lengthwise and spread with potato mix. Garnish with bacon. Broil 8 minutes until tips of potato are brown.
