TORTILLAS 
10 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup shortening
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 cup dry milk
2 tbsp. salt
Warm water enough to make a tough dough

Mix all the above ingredients in a large bowl. Knead until the dough is firm. Cover with a warm damp cloth and let stand for 15-20 minutes.

Roll into small balls and lightly dust with flour a work surface. Using a rolling pin, roll out very thin in rounds.

Cook on a very hot griddle or large skillet; flip to cook on both sides.

Makes several dozen tortillas.

Serve with butter or fill with re-fried beans, meat and cheese of your choice.
