STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. crushed pretzels (leave chunky)
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (don't thaw)
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O

Preheat oven to 375°F. Melt butter; pour into 13 x 9 glass dish. Mix sugar with pretzels, then spread on top of butter and pat down.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes, then let cool.

Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries and let congeal after pretzels cool. Cream together cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar; fold in the Cool Whip. Spread this mixture on top of pretzels. When Jell-O is set a little, pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate and serve.
