SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 onion
1 bag hash browns
1 can celery soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can water
Cheese or bread crumbs

Brown sausage and onion, drain. Put in bottom of dish. Add hash browns, celery soup, Cheddar cheese soup, and water. Top with cheese or bread crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
