SHRIMP AND NOODLE BAKE 
4 oz. wide noodles (approx. 2 c.)
1 (7 oz.) pkg. frozen or a little over 1/2 lb. of fresh med. size shrimp
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
2 c. milk
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 of (3 oz.) can french fried onions

Cook noodles according to package directions. Cook frozen or fresh shrimp. In sauce pan cook chopped onion in butter until tender but not brown. Stir in flour, salt and dill weed. Add milk all at one; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in Parmesan; gently stir in cooked noodles and shrimp. Turn mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle french fried onions around edge of casserole. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
