TACORITOS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 can (sm.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. chili powder
1 med. onion, chopped
Cheddar cheese
Flour tortillas
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Green chilies

Brown hamburger and onions; drain. Add rest of ingredients and heat thoroughly.

Grease bottom and sides of 9 x 13 inch pan. Spoon mixture into flour tortillas, fold up and hold with toothpicks and place in pan. Spoon enchilada sauce over tortilla rolls then sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.

SAUCE:

5 tbsp. melted butter
5 tbsp. flour
4 c. hot water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can (sm.) green chilies

Mix butter and flour. Add hot water, salt, chili powder and green chilies. Heat this mixture until it starts to thicken. Pour over tortillas. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with lettuce and tomatoes. Serves 9.
