GOURMET PORK CHOPS | |
6 loin pork chops 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 can mushroom soup 3/4 can water 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. rosemary, crushed 13 1/2 oz. can fried onion rings 1/2 c. sour cream Trim fat from chops. Coat with flour, salt, and pepper mixture. Brown the chops. Combine the soup with water, ginger, and rosemary. Pour over the chops. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the onion rings. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until tender. Uncover; add remaining onion rings. Bake 10 minutes longer. Remove to platter. Blend sour cream into soup mixture. Heat and serve with the chops. |
