GINGERBREAD COOKIES | |
3 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. ground ginger 2 tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. ground cloves 1 c. butter 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1/2 c. molasses Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, cocoa and cloves. In a separate bowl beat butter adding sugar gradually until fluffy. Beat in egg and molasses. Add flour mixture. Refrigerate. Roll, cut into shapes. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. |
