GINGERBREAD COOKIES 
1 c. shortening
3/4 c. honey
1 egg
1 c. molasses
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
5 c. flour

Cream wet ingredients together. Mix in dry ingredients. This dough is soft enough for a spritz. If you want to roll it out add enough flour so it's not sticky. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
