CREAM SAUCE SHRIMP 
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt
1/4 c. chopped chives or thin green onions
2 tbsp. white cooking wine
Approximately 12 to 16 med. size shrimp

Melt butter in saucepan. Slowly add milk, flour, spices, lemon juice. Bring to low boil then add green onions. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes and pour over shrimp and egg noodles. White cooking wine may be added at 2 tablespoons.
