CRUNCHY CHIP COOKIES 
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 c. Grape Nuts Flakes
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour with baking soda, salt and spices. Beat butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Mix in milk and eggs. Stir in flour mixture until well blended. Stir in cereal, chips and nuts.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
