NO FAT COOKIES 
2/3 c. pitted prunes
3 tbsp. water
1 1/4 c.sugar
2 eggs or 1/2 c. egg substitute
1/2 c. molasses
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts (adds fat)

Blend prunes and water (it won't liquify). Mix dry ingredients together and add liquids. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
