BUSY DAY CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1 can biscuits, cut in halves
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (13 oz.) can tuna or chicken, drained and flaked
1 tbsp. melted butter
Grated Parmesan cheese

In 8-inch square baking dish, blend soup, milk and lemon juice. Stir in tuna or chicken and vegetables. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, stir. Arrange biscuits around edge of dish, brush with butter. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 8 more minutes, or until biscuits are browned.
