FRENCH TOAST 
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
6 slices of bread or raisin bread
Powdered sugar

Heat griddle over medium heat or heat electric griddle to 375 degrees. Beat 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 teaspoon salt in bowl with fork until blended. Grease the hot griddle with a thin layer of butter, using a pastry brush. Dip 6 slices of bread one at a time into the egg mixture. Cook the bread on the greased hot griddle until golden brown, about 4 minutes. (Lift an edge and peek.) Turn with pancake turner and cook about 4 minutes on the other side. Serve with powdered sugar sprinkled on top.
