SHRIMP (JHINGA KARI) MADRASI 
1/4 c. Ghee (butter)
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed & chopped
2 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. cumin
Pinch ginger
Pinch pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 lb. shrimp, peeled

Melt ghee in pan or wok. Fry onion and garlic until soft. Add spices and vinegar fry for additional 3 minutes. Add shrimp, stir until shrimp are cooked.
