SHRIMP DRESSING 
2 lbs. or more clean shrimps, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
1 1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. green onions
2 eggs
Garlic salt or powder
1 pkg. Pepperidge farm herb seasoning
Corn Bread stuffing
1 pkg. corn bread mix
Parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Water

Saute onions, celery and bell pepper in butter. Add chopped shrimp. Cook until pink. Add salt, pepper, parsley and garlic. Add cornbread stuffing and corn bread mix. Add well beaten eggs in one cup water. Add enough water to mixture until soft, mix well. Bake at 350 degrees until brown (about 45 minutes.)
