TWENTYFOUR HOUR SALAD 
2 (16 oz.) cans sliced pineapple
2 (16 oz.) cans Royal Anne White Cherries
1 lb. marshmallows, mini
3/4 to 1 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
4 egg yolks
1 c. milk
1 pt. whipping cream

Beat egg yolks slightly and add 1 cup milk. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add gelatin which has been softened in a small amount of cold water.

Cool and add 1 pint whipping cream which has been whipped. Pour over fruit, nuts and marshmallows which have been cut up fine and mixed thoroughly. Chill 24 hours.

Serve on lettuce leaf as a salad or as a dessert.
