SALT - FREE CUCUMBER SALAD 
2 lg. cucumbers, peeled, sliced & cold
2 med. red onions, peeled & sliced
1 pt. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. sugar (or equivalent in sugar substitute)
Garlic powder & chives to taste
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
Pepper & lemon juice to taste

Mix together and let stand for 24 hours.
