OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
2 1/4 c. oat bran
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. skimmed milk (less calories)
2 eggs
2 tbsp. safflower oil
2 bananas

Combine dry ingredients and mix, then add all the other ingredients. Cook 17 minutes at 425 degrees in oven.
