NUT BREAD FILLING 
2 c. ground nuts
6 tbsp. scalded milk
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Stir into scalded milk: nuts, sugar, salt and vanilla. Melt butter and add to nuts. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into nut mixture. Let cool.
