FILLED BREAD 
Loaf-Italian or French bread
1/4 lb. cheese
3 hard-cooked eggs
2 sm. cucumbers
2 red peppers
Salt, pepper (opt., any other spices)
1/4 c. milk
1/4 stick butter

Cut bread in half (center). Pull out the bread from the center to create a cavity in each half. Dampen the cavity with a little milk, spread with butter, sprinkle spices and fill with the remaining ingredients that were cubed. Wrap and freeze or serve immediately.
