TOMATOES FILLED WITH BREAD
CRUMBS
 
Cut large hollows in unpeeled tomatoes; salt them; invert them to drain 15 minutes.

Season the cases with 3 tablespoons brown sugar for 6 medium-sized tomato casserole.

Chop the removed pulp; combine with soft bread crumbs.

Add:

2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped pepper
Salt and paprika
