SELF-FILLED CUPCAKES | |
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix OR 1 chocolate cake made from scratch 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. sugar 1 egg Dash of salt 1 c. chocolate chips Mix cake according to package directions. Fill paper cups in muffin tins to 2/3 full. Cream cheese with sugar; beat in egg and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop 1 rounded teaspoon of cheese mixture into each cupcake. Bake in oven as package directs. |
