EGG NOG FOR 12 
12 eggs
12 level tbsp. sugar
1 pt. heavy cream
1 tbsp. bourbon (for each egg)

Beat yolks of eggs well; add sugar and beat well. Slowly add bourbon 1 tablespoon at a time. Fold in whipped cream. Beat whites of eggs until they stand; fold in slowly. Sprinkle nutmeg over the top.
