EGG NOG PUNCH 
4 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. rum or brandy
1 liter 7-Up, chilled
4 c. chilled evaporated milk (or half and half plus 1 can evaporated milk = 4 c.), chilled
2 qts. ice cream

Beat eggs, sugar and nutmeg until light and lemon color. Gradually add evaporated milk or half and half and rum or brandy. Mix in 2 quarts vanilla ice cream. Just before serving slowly add 1 liter 7-Up. Best when made just prior to serving. Great for holiday.
