BAKED FISH FILLETS 
2 lbs. firm white fish fillets
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 c. cream
1/2 c. shredded cheddar and Jack cheese
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper

Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in butter. Stir in tomato sauce, cream, cheddar cheese. Place fish in an oiled baking dish and pour tomato mixture over the fish. Bake in a 350 degree oven 35 to 45 minutes until fish flakes. Sprinkle Jack cheese on top and run under broiler until bubbly. Serve with rice and steamed green pepper.
