SAVORY BAKED FISH 
1/4 c. chopped celery
4 fish fillets (1 1/2 lbs.)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. leaf rosemary
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 med. tomato, sliced
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. white wine

Sprinkle celery in shallow baking pan. Arrange fish over celery. Sprinkle with salt, rosemary, pepper, and paprika. Top with tomato and onion. Add wine. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. (Or until fish flakes).
