SOUR DOUGH BISCUITS 
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. oil
2 c. buttermilk
6 1/2 c. self rising flour

Place in covered oiled bowl in refrigerator at least 2 hours before using. Using a little flour on wax paper, roll out and cut. Bake at 450 degrees. Do not have to let rise. May be kept in refrigerator up to 2 weeks; you don't have to punch down.
