SOUR DOUGH BISCUITS 
5 to 6 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. warm water

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Add buttermilk to yeast mixture. Work with large spoon until all flour is moist. Cover bowl and refrigerate until ready to use. Can make and bake a few biscuits as needed but keep bowl of contents in refrigerator.
