1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Grease 10 x 1/2 inch pie plate. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Brown beef and onions, drain. Add salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, and Bisquick until smooth. Pour in plate. Bake for 25 minutes.

Top with tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, 5-8 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
