IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. reconstituted onion flakes
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 tbsp. salt
2 lg. tomatoes, sliced
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400. Grease bottom of 10 x 1 1/2 pie plate.

Cook beef and onion over medium heat, drain. Spread in pan. Beat eggs, milk, Bisquick and salt in blender for 15 seconds. Pour over meat in plate. Bake 25 minutes then take out of oven. Put sliced tomatoes on top and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Return to oven and bake approximately 8-10 minutes. Take out and cool 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
